A large picture window completely opens the living room to the outside. The unobstructed view of the wooded park is magnificent. Its typical Périgord roof offers the room located upstairs a spacious and very pleasant volume, equipped with wi-fi.
On the garden level, a 25m2 living room with a sitting area with TV, a dining area / fitted kitchen (dishwasher, combined oven, fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, coffee machine, american coffee machine, …). Separate Water closet.
Direct access to a private garden equipped with its garden furniture: table, chairs, lounge chair, parasol.
Upstairs, a 25m2 bedroom equipped with a double “queen size” bed of 160, a simple bed of 90 and storage. Shower room with large walk-in shower.

Arrival
We welcome our guests between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. In the event of a late or delayed arrival, we ask you to notify us.
Departure
On the day of departure, in order to allow a perfect restoration of the gîtes, we thank you for leaving your room for 10:00 at the latest.
Animals
Animals are not accepted in rentals and on the property.
Use of the premises
The occupants must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and use it in accordance with the purpose of the premises. We welcome children from 13 years old.
Our lodgings are ‘non-smoking’. An ashtray is available for outdoor use.
Capacity
The reservation is made for a maximum capacity of people. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, we can refuse the additional people. If accepted, a supplement will be applied.

Payments accepted
Bank card, bank checks, holiday vouchers (ANCV), bank transfer, cash.
Booking conditions
If booking directly: Booking guaranteed by providing your credit card details valid during your stay.
If booking by email or by form or by phone: Booking guaranteed by payment of a deposit of 30% and at least the amount of one night’s stay, by check, transfer or credit card valid on the start date of the stay
Terms of cancelation
- Any cancellation request must be made by email or by sending a letter in RAR.
- You can cancel your stay or change the dates at no charge up to 14 days from the date of arrival. (If you wish to modify your dates of stay, we thank you for contacting us on +33 621 093 961).
- Less than 14 days before arrival, you will be charged 30% of the stay (or at least one night for short stays). Thus, the deposit paid will be kept or, if applicable, the credit card will be debited for the corresponding amount
- In the event of a shortened stay the total amount of the initially planned stay remains due.
- In the event of cancellation by us, we will return the entire deposit to you.
Insurance
You are responsible for all damages caused by you. You are required to be insured by a resort-type insurance contract for these various risks.
Your commitments at the end of your stay
Cleaning is included in the price. However, we thank you for:
- Put all the furniture in order as it was found on entering,
- Clean and store all kitchen equipment (in times of health crisis, refer to the procedure)
- Bag all garbage and place it in the containers provided for this purpose.
- Gather all the dirty laundry in the bag provided for this purpose and drop it off at the entrance to the house
- Report any deterioration of equipment occurring during the stay.
